requirements for any deal

Required information to engage in a deal
-  a clear specification of the property and parcels
    that are for sale,
    full property designation must be provided
 -  an updated forestry plan,
    created no more than five years before the
    current year
 -  your price, stated in
     -  total price
     -  SEK per cubic meter of forest
     -  SEK per productive forest land area

In case of an agreement,
brokers are hired for contract writing.
The seller is responsible for the cost.
